Spreadsheet for recording Rossendale bird sightings

At time when people are getting out their new notebooks / diaries for another year's bird recording I thought it might be worth posting a fairly simple mechanism for storing records electronically so they can easily be sent in for adding to the main database.

It involves an MS Excel spreadsheet, but it could be adapted to other spreadsheet software (e.g. MS Works, OpenOffice).  Please contact me directly about these.

You will need to download these two files - one the actual spreadsheet, the other a PDF of the instructions for use.

Please feel free to try it out.

Hi Jim

Nice and easy for me to do that from now on. Again a great feature to help with the no doubt burgeoning data having to be inputted via different formats. Thanks for the spreadsheet.
