Dozen or so Meadow Pipits feeding together in field. 2 Kestrel over the area, calling.
This is just outside Rossendale but may be of interest. Shuttleworth Rookery is a hive of activity with c25 birds seen coming and going some with building materials or food. At least 10 nests with birds on them. Jackdaws going in and out of chimney on the old school building and a pair of Stock Dove out the back.
