Stubbylee Moss area 1 grey heron, 30 Canada geese, 2 lapwing, 3 little ringed plover, 3 snipe, 4 lesser black back gull, 28 skylark, 25 meadow pipit, 1 pied wagtail, 1 wheatear, 3 linnet & 18 twite, including 1 colour ringed bird.
Cowm Res 2 grey heron, 25 black headed gull, 1 moorhen, 1 kestrel, 1 pied wagtail, 1 grey wagtail, 9 swallow, 2 willow warbler, 1 pr stonechat, 1 linnet & 2 redpoll.
Spring Mill Res 1 great crested grebe, 4 grey heron, 14 Cnada geese, 1 oystercatcher, 1 pied wagtail, 1m stonechat, 4 linnet & 5 reed bunting.
Hoyle St , Whitworth 3 sparrowhawks circling overhead together around midday today & 1 chiffchaff calling nearby.
A pair of little grebes were on Holmes Terrace Lodge yesterday.
