large thrush flock of over 30 crossing from ogden res to heap clough today about 5.30pm hard to get a good view of them but did not look grey/blue as fieldfares are and looked more typical song/mistle/redwing from below. most likely a post-breeding/early autumn grouping of mistle thrushes? too early for redwings?
