Another great morning, especially highlighted with the Starlings which where continuously coming through from about 0750hrs and right up to leaving at 1000hrs with small parties of 2s,3s or 5s or bigger parties with anything up to 50s but the majority where small squadrons of say 10, 15s. The highlight had again got to be the "overnight roost" movement which has now grown by double, and one big party of approx 8000 birds where seen heading SE at 0802hrs, along with further parties of 500,500 and 100 etc. Chaffinch where coming through in good numbers again, with much "in off parties" which where alighting on Hutton Roof, "pinking" calls for about 10/15 minutes and then setting off again East.
