Wind: SE 10mph and decreasing, light drizzle at first.
Movement: All Starling SE
90% of Thrushes West 10% East
Chaffinch: 50% E 50% W
All other movement South unless stated otherwise.
Starling 10,614
Ex Roost parties 10,000 (a 6,000 & 4,000) also 28 parties throughout - best parties: 100,100,100,30,30,30,30.
Redwing 306 (137W & 169E)
Fieldfare: 143 all West and South West 1,9,60,13,60)
Blackbird: 2W
Chaffinch: 105
Meadow Pipit: 53 all SE (one party 26 at 0825)
Pied Wagtail: 5
Siskin: 5
Redpoll: 2
Greenfinch:10 (1W all others E)
Woodpigeon: 34 (12W)
Goldfinch: 6
Skylark: 2 SE
Great Spotted Woodpecker: 1W
Common Buzzard: 1W
also
Snipe and Golden Plover calls.
Great Spotted Woodpecker: 1 probably local

PS: Tomorrow should be very good, there has been a massive arrival of Thrushes into the Country earlier today...
