I have been asked t get all members who object to the 12 Wind Turbines planned to be errected on Oswaldtwisle Moor to write (as soon as possible) to Hyndburn Borough Council with their objections. It appears that the number of letters matters!!
I have produced a document that will be sent on behalf of ROC as I mentioned at the AGM.
