A report from Arthur Jones at Clowbridge of c40 dead gulls yesterday morning. Most were Common Gull with a few Black Heads. A.J. reported this to the authorities who in turn presumably informed Defra. A Defra representative was later seen collecting the gulls to take away for analysis.
