Hi Ina,

Yes Greenfinch numbers and Goldfinch have increased greatly this spring, also had the Chiffchaff in the woods, and there were a pair of Green woodpecker being very vocal this morning. Had a fleeting glimse of a Jay yesterday, first for some time.

Hi Brain/Ina

Haven't seen either of you for a while (I saw Brian on Sunday but you just drove straight past!!) - next meeting 19th April.
There were a couple of pairs of Nuthatch one of which was collecting nesting material on the old railway line.

Cheers
Ian

Hi Ian,

Dont know where i drove past you,but i apologise for not stopping. Had four days at home over easter first in a while,Mondays are a bit awkward at the moment but i will try. The Nuthatches are doing very well at the moment,i think we could have as many as 4/5 pair in the woods now.
