Common Sandpiper, pair,
Curlew, 2 pair,
B.H.Gull, c12 in small groups,
L.B.B.Gull, c6 heading west,
Wood Pigeon, c12,
Stock Dove, pair on quarry ledge,
G.S.Woodpecker, calling bird at Calf Hey,
Skylark, c15 singing birds,
Swallow, c12,
Sand Martin, 2 flew north up Heap Clough,
Pied Wagtail, 2,
Grey Wagtail, 3, inc female feeding young in nest,
Song Thrush, 2 singing,
Mistle Thrush, 2 singing,
Wheatear, c5 pair,
Whinchat, female feeding in rushes from dry stone wall,
Willow Warbler, c20, especially around Calf Hey,
Coal Tit, c6,
L.T.Tit, 2 including 1 collecting wool,

Called at E.B.S.W on the way home with good numbers of hirundines present:

House Martin, c60,
Sand Martin, 1.

last night at Clowbridge:

Grey Wagtail, singing from aerial of houses opposite bottom car park, 
Swift, c6,
Swallow, c8,
Stonechat, female carrying food. Only nest site known this year!
Reed Bunting, 2 singing males.
