Evening visit, low water levels.

1 G.S.W. in car park area
1f Goosander
1f Mallard with 4 well grown young
2 Redshank on shoreline - present all day
2 Common Sandpiper
1 Linnet flew S.
c3 Willow warbler
Many Redpoll inc. 1 flock of 4
2m Reed Bunting
1 Mistle Thrush carring food into wood
c35 Swift at dusk some moving S.
1 Grasshopper Warbler reeling briefly
1 kestrel
c4 B.H.Gull
c2 Swallow
Blackbird & Chaffinch still singing.

where was the gropper warbler reeling briefly? will try one more time to get a glimpse of one before they depart.
