Mallard, c12,
Goosander, 2 redheads flew over res and on towards Burnley,
Kestrel, 4 minimum,
Moorhen, juv on limy,
Lapwing, 42 on res bank,
Curlew, 1 over calling,
B.H.Gull, 4 on res,
L.B.B.Gull, c15 over west,
Wood Pigeon, c20,
Swallow, 4 south,
Meadow Pipit, c30,
Pied Wagtail, c12,
Dipper, 1 on outflow,
Whinchat, 2,
Stonechat, 5,
Wheatear, 1,
Mistle Thrush, 6,
Willow Warbler, 4 minimum in hedge,
Blue tit & Great Tit, good numbers in hedges,
Raven, flock of 3 + 1 single,
Starling, c 20,
House Sparrow, c12,
Chaffinch, Greenfinch & Goldfinch, c8 of each,
Bullfinch, pair at top end & pair seen on edge of conifers, maybe same birds,
Linnet, c12 on res bank,
Reed Bunting, c8 in hedges at top end.

Hi David,  just got back from up there.

3 Whinchat at rear of boathouse + 1 with 8 Stonechat right up the Limy inlet.
18 Canadas on back pond + c35 -40 flying S. over Hart Hill.
Little else really, its surprising how quick the light is going now.
