Hi Donny,

If you know Stubbins, main road between Ramsbottom and Edenfield you cross the river Irwell near the chip shop, if you look upstream at the bridge there is a foot path both sides of the river to Irwell vale, on the right you go through Chadderton on the left you go through Strongstry, you can do a complete round robin going either way, there are also many detours that take you near the river or through woodland. The OS grid ref is SD790186. Hope this helps
