Spring Mill
1 great crested grebe, 5 goosander, 4 goldeneye, 60 black headed gull, 7 common gull, 3 herring gull, 3 great black backed gull, 1 mistle thrush, 5 magpie and 24 carrion crow

Cowm
1 heron, 2 skeins of pink footed geese heard moving west through the mist, 29 Canada geese, 73 mallard, 6 tufted duck, 5 goosander, 1 goldeneye, 85 black headed gull, 23 common gull, 1 sparrowhawk, 2 stock dove, 3 wood pigeon, 1 pied wagtail, 1 robin, 7 fieldfare, 2 mistle thrush, 2 blackbird, 1 dunnock, 1 jay, 13 magpie, 80 jackdaw, 80 rook, 25 carrion crow, 3 blue tit, 1 great tit, 7 coal tit, 3 chaffinch, 2 bullfinch & 2 reed bunting

At Spring Mill on Monday the two Little Owls sat together looking at the gloom wondering were the next meal was coming from!
