Cormorant, at least 11 with 7 on Holden Wood and 4 on Ogden but much movement between the two res as somone was shooting first thing!,
Canada Goose, 34 feeding at the side of Ogden + 2 pairs in Jamestone Quarry,
Teal, 12 on Holden Wood + 20 on Calf Hey, (could include same birds but none seen in flight between the two res),
Mallard, c50
Goldeneye, 2 males in Jamestone Quarry (first for me on there),
Goosander, male on Holden Wood + pair on Calf Hey,
Pheasant, female at Holden Wood,
Oystercatcher, pair at Holden Wood,
Lapwing, c8 at Holden Wood,
Golden Plover, calling on the tops but couldn't see them,
Snipe, 1 flushed off the tops,
Wood Pigeon, c20 in one flock,
Stock Dove, 2 singles,
G.S.Woodpecker, 2 males at Calf Hey Feeding station,
Grey Wagtail,male on dam wall of Ogden,
Dunnock, c4 in song,
Song Thrush, c4 in song,
Mistle Thrush, 2 in song,
Fieldfare, flocks of 20 & 40,
Blue , Coal & Great Tit in good numbers at Calf Hey feeding station,
Starling, c10 in with Fieldfares,
Goldfinch, c4,
Chaffinch, c60 especially at Calf Hey feeding station,
Siskin, at least 5 at Calf Hey feeding station,
Reed Bunting, 2 at Holden Wood,
