3 full grown, ready to fledge Raven chicks appear to have been shot dead, 1 on the nest and 2 near the nest at Hutchbank Quarry.
Not seen personally but from a good source-quarry workers.
The morning around the time they were thought to have been shot a man wearing camo gear, with a gun and a large brown "Turner & Hooch" type dog with a big "leather chest harness " was seen leaving the quarry. Man thought to be a local as no car parked on, or at the bottom of the lane.
Has anyone seen this man in the area before?? Quarry owners/police?? would like to know his name.
No-one saying he was responsible, as several others have also been seen.
There still appears to be some sick people around..
