150 meadow pipit min moving either south or south west from a north and north-easterly direction. they were in loose flocks not very high but not flying on and on....they were not disturbed by me or flushed by me as some of the meadow pipits usually are....I guess they were migrants?

Bramblings? Are you sure possibly not Goldfinches, Chaffinches or even Stonechats?

8-9 Common Gulls in pasture - one squabbling with a B H Gull which would stoop at it but the former just opened its beak at it

6 min Stonechat incl 1-2 looking much younger than the others ie recent fledgings. 3 male Stonechats here - the ones seen at Holden Wood on Friday might belong to this family. They were in the felled plantation along with 2 Wrens and Meadow Pipits
