Cormorant, up to 10 on Holden Wood and up to 6 on Ogden could have involved some duplication of numbers,

Canada Goose, 26 on Holden Wood,

Teal, 15 on Calf Hey,

Kestrel, 1 hunting along the side of Ogden,

Snipe, 1 flushed off the moor,

Golden Plover, a flock of 7 on the moor,

Lapwing, 12 on wet pasture at Holden Wood,

B.H.Gull, c40 on Holden Wood,

Common Gull, c30 on Holden Wood,

Herring Gull, 6 up the valley,

L.B.B.Gull, 1 up the valley,

Wood Pigeon, c20 near Holden Wood,

Skylark, 2 on the moor with 1 calling,

Pied Wagtail, 1 on wet pasture at Holden Wood,

Raven, 1 along moor edge,

Starling, 5 feeding on pasture at Holden Wood,

Goldfinch, c12 on feeders near Heap Clough,
