3 Cormorant, Grey Heron, 2 Wheatear, 5 Meadow Pipit, 2 Peregrine Falcon, Kestrel, 5 Wren, Green Woodpecker, 10 Linnet, 8 Magpie, 6 Carrion Crow, Little Owl, 4 Grey Wagtail, 15 House Martin, 100+Swallow.

2/9/2014 Spring Mill Reservoir.
96 BH Gulls, Canada Goose, Grey Heron, 2 Stonechat, Whinchat,10 Magpie, 3 Carrion Crow, 6 Jackdaw, 2 Pied Wagtail.
Finally caught up with a Whinchat, now for a Treecreeper, anyone any ideas where to see one??

Got my first Whinchat on the Wirral this year late April - lots passing through there. A


A 9 month wait for a Treecreeper? My recommendations will be Strongstry, Clf Hey in Grane, memorial gardens in Hassy but you may want something closer to home? I am sure Kevin has posted them from Trickets Memorial?

Hi Dave, In France at the moment but if you walk through the woods opposite my house then down to Stubbins Vale along the river and around Alderbottom I am sure you will find a Treecreeper weather permitting.
