Had a good look with Dave Ousey but no sign. We walked from Alden. Buzzard. Mon 2 kestrels, a flock of linnet, plenty of pied wags, some jays

I also walked the Rossendale Way from near Buckden to Musbury and up and down Alden and Musbury Valleys.. Zilch re Great Grey Shrike.. Nice walk tho all the same.. Rob

Hi Rob, Was a good walk definitely! You covered more than us by the sound of it. I keep wondering whether it has moved more towards Grane. Worth checking any areas nearby with good scrub bush cover. I am going up Calf Hey tomorrow to see if any more Ring Ouzel's are there. Will keep an eye for the Shrike.
