Had a 3 hr look up Musbury Heights and adjacent moorland looking for Sarfraz's Bunting flock but could not find many today.
3 Snow Buntings (2 male, 1 fem) were feeding in the quarried area of Musbury Heights, SW of the chimney, but we're wary and very flighty. They eventually moved up the moor track with me wanting a closer look at them then they flew back towards the quarried area from the track soon after.
A look over the moor and into Musbury only produces 4 single Reed Bunts and virtually nothing else except 2 single M Pipits and 3 Kestrels together in North Musbury area/ plantation. Very quiet.
Not much better around/on H W Res either.. 1 Mistle Thrush, 1 Coot, 8 Cormorant, 1 fem Teal and 15+ B H Gulls was about it.
