Big gull movement up the Limy valley between 13:30 and 14:00 hrs. Birds were approaching from over Cribden Clough and then turning N. In excess of 800 in 30 minutes mainly herring gull involved, calling and circling then moving on.
A group of 5 Cormorant flew S. over Reedsholme at 13:25hrs.
1 Dipper on river at Leabrook + 1 at Longholme in Rawtenstall
1 Grey Wagtail in river at cemetry.
