I have a feeling that they will not want every record you have as each species gets as much written space as would in the ROC Report so my guess would be:-

1.  Anything rare or unusual and the dates seen - ie Great White Egret, Great Grey Shrike

2.  Maybe data on declining  red/amber list species (which is more or less anything these days ie Waders, House Sparrows, Starlings, Waterfowl, farmland species etc)

3.  Arrival and departure dates for migrants

4.  Any trends in general

5.  Unusual numbers of common species
