From 9.30 to 11 approx No med gulls but 2 calls from different areas that can only be water rail. None seen and no chance the bird could have crossed from one side to the other without me seeing it. 1 kestrel 14-16 cormorants 3 teal 2 pied wags 1 meadow pipit 1 stone chat alarming 1 raven coming down very close over the water but severely mobbed by crows
