Hi Brian

I know there are some pairs but surely there are less than Spring 2014?

Hi Sarfraz,

I have checked my records for 2013/2014 and numbers are very similar, my Lapwing records are only for the breeding areas of Helmshore, Harden, and Nangreave which is a drop in the ocean nationally.

If you refer to the BTO atlas (2007/11) the numbers in the northwest are quite static.

 Regards Brian.
