Good movement first thing with the following noted:

Cormorant, 2 singles flew around 'the end' from Limy Valley towards Grane,

Kestrel, 1 hovering over rough pasture,

Lapwing, 47 feeding on pasture then flew north,

Golden Plover, 1 flew over low, calling, from the north,

B.H.Gull, flock of 17 over SW,

L.B.B.Gull, c12 in flocks to 3 over SW,

Green Woodpecker, yaffling bird towards Duckworth Clough,

Skylark, flocks of 12 & 3 over south,

Meadow Pipit, c30 over south in flocks to 8,

Redwing, c350 over generally south but a few east in flocks to 50,

Fieldfare, flock of 4 in with Redwings,

Ring Ouzel, single bird in with Redwings,

Mistle Thrush, single on pasture,

Siskin, 3 singles over calling,

Goldfinch, 4 over,

Chaffinch, c12.
