There has been a Black Redstart around Jim Rostrons garden and barn in Musbury regularly from 7 September, to seen yesterday 2 October 17.00 HRS

Went for a look up to Jim`s farmhouse yesterday and this afternoon for what is a very tricky bird to see as it covers a large area and seems to be constantly on the move..

When you do see it it is a rather wary bird too. 

Managed to get a few shots whilst it was on a brief visit to Jim`s barn roof.  Thank for the access and brew Jim.

Just before Craig arrived to photo the Black Redstart, it was on Jims bird feeder tray, pecking at mixed seed.
