Canada Goose, c20 inc 2 pairs,

Teal, 1 on a small pond,

Buzzard, many sightings with probably 3 pairs,

Kestrel, many sightings with probably 2 pairs,

Pheasant, 2 calling birds,

Moorhen, 3 on Buckhurst Lodge,

Curlew, 2 pairs,

Lapwing, displaying bird near Rossendale School was the only sighting,

Snipe, single flushed on Harden Moor,

Herring Gull, c12,

L.B.B.Gull, c20,

Stock Dove, a single over plus 6 feeding in a field near Turn,

Skylark, c20 on Harden Moor, several in song,

Meadow Pipit, c20, several in display,

Pied Wagtail, 3 singles,

Mistle Thrush, singing bird,

Goldcrest, singing bird near Salesis Farm,

L.T.Tit, pair,

Coal Tit, singing bird,

Nuthatch, singing bird near Salesis Farm,

Raven, pair soaring up high,

Starling, c20,

House Sparrow, c6 near Salesis Farm,

Chaffinch, c12, many in song,

Goldfinch, c6,

Greenfinch, 4,

Reed Bunting, 4 males, 2 in song.
