Jack Snipe, 1 flushed off Harden Moor,

Snipe, 5 flushed off Harden Moor,

G.B.B.Gull, 1 over valley,

L.B.B.Gull, 3,

Herring Gull, 6 in field,

Common Gull, 3 over,

B.H.Gull, c12 on Buckhurst Lodge plus c12 over,

Stock Dove, a flock of 34 is the highest count I've had in the valley...I think! Further flocks of 6 & 4,

Wood Pigeon, c50,

Skylark, c6 in song on Harden Moor in the pouring rain and c4 off Croston Close Road,

Pied Wagtail, pair,

Wren, 2 in song,

Song Thrush, just 1 in song,

Coal Tit, pair ,

Jackdaw, flock of c150 feeding on pasture,

Raven, pair flew down the valley,

Starling, flock of c40 feeding on pasture,

House Sparrow, c12 at Sales's Farm,

Chaffinch, c6, several in song,

Bullfinch, female in hedge,

Reed Bunting, 2 at Cheesden Bar Lodge.
