Canada goose - 40 flew onto Ogden around 11:40 and departed around 15:20
mallard - 1pr at Holden Wood, 2pr on Ogden & 25 on Calf Hey
goldeneye - female still at Holden Wood
moorhen - 1 at Holden Wood
kestrel - 1 at Holden Wood
black-headed gull - 15 at Holden Wood & 18 at Ogden
herring gull - 1 at Holden Wood & 1 at Ogden in the morning. From 15:00 to 15:25 c 40 dropped on to Ogden for a short while before moving on to roost, presumably at Fishmoor Res. C300 large gulls also passed over from 15:00 to 15:50. Most appeared to be herring gulls.
great black-backed gull - 1 at Ogden in the morning, then 15 dropped on to Ogden with the herring gulls and no doubt a few passed over to roost at Fishmoor
woodpigeon - 9 at Holden Wood, flocks of 34, 38, 9 + 9 flew east over Ogden. min 600 in the woods at Calf Hey.
