I have been recording overnight for the last week or so

31-3/1-4 Common Scoter flew over and a few Moorhen

1-4/2-4 Good movement of Redwing and a flock of Wigeon

1000s of scoter has been heading east for the last 3 nights. Been recorded all across northern England/ southern Scotland..

Hi Ian.

We had a flock of Common Scoter last night at 05:30 going over garden.

As Craig says its been quite a feature of late.

How do you fancy one of those in the net Craig?

Common scoters heard tonight over Fearns around 21:30 hrs. Calls heard for around 2 minutes. Without this thread I wouldn't have had a clue what they were if I'm honest
