I've had a reply from Paul Hopwood regarding the colour ringed grey wagtail. It was ringed as a juvenile at Penkridge Sewage Works in Staffordshire on 15th September 2019, roughly 67 miles away as the crow flies. it might be worth keeping an eye out for this or any other colour ringed birds in the area.

cheers Kevin
