Probable White-tailed Eagle. Newchurch. 9th June 20

Russ (Craggy) had a probable White-tailed Eagle, high, heading south/south east at 15.38pm this afternoon. Probable be-ing that a probable was also seen heading our way from Coldwell Res/widdop area early afternoon. Also another sighting in Staffordshire late afternoon???

Obviiusly on on the move in our area?

Hi Craig 

Thanks for your help over the phone Craig, the sightings seem to fall into place 

The bird was seen very high, very large big rounded wings being so high was hard to see detail of wing 

the most stand out thing was the lack of tail.

Would be nice to think it was White-tailed Eagle
