Had a look for the Cetti's warbler this morning but no joy. Probably didn't give it a fair chance as it was rather cold and windy and I left to twitch the grebe around 10.00.
One male ring ouzel still present above Ogden with eight mistle thrushes. A steady movement of small numbers of meadow pipits along with 15 siskins over. Chiffchaffs again quite numerous - 5 or 6 on the walk up and one singing near the flash
