mallard - 23 on the res & 19 on the pond near the car park
goosander - 1 redhead
black-headed gull - c120 with numbers increasing as I left @ 3pm
common gull - c40 with numbers increasing
great black-backed gull - 4
herring gull - 5 on the res & 7 over south
jack snipe - 1 flew across the res and landed in bankside vegetation on east side of res, just north of south bay. Appeared to have been flushed from somewhere near the boat house, but not certain as the bird was airborne before I saw it.
