An excellent view of this species as it flew over my head only 40 feet up in good light, dark belly patch was visible along with wing tips and carpal patches gave me a positive ID.
It was flying slowly north along Helmshore road and I lost it over Irwel Vale, I walked to Alden then down to Snig Hole but could not relocate, time was between 1500/1600 hrs.
