Whimbrel over Compstons cross c9.00 (heading roughly NW)

Wheatear - 2 on Clowbridge, 1 nr Compstons, 2 Greenfold, 4 Bonfire Hill (I assume all migrants)

Whitethroat - singing birds north and south of Goodshaw Fold

Goosander - redhead on the limy Leebrook Road which is very unusual

Clowbridge reservoir extremely quiet around 8.00 - not a single gull and canada geese the only waterfowl
