****houses have done it again! Something has been dumped /flushed into  the River Limey , above C/booth and killed what looks like every fish in the river.. must have caused devastation way down the River Irwell below Rawtenstall too

EA involved and appear to know what it was and who responsible for it? Big fines are useless in mending the river again tho!
