Lumb Lane 

Big movement of Redwing and Fieldfare been reported through out Lancashire today 

Had a Walk along Lumb Lane to see if I could pick some up 

some small flocks of 30+ Redwing going over with some Fieldfare in the trees along the Lane 

one large flock came out of the trees on the opposite side of the valley of around 250+ birds  looked to be mostly Redwings 

one Buzzard was taking advantage of the strong winds by just hanging in the air not moving then just moved a little and do the same again 

as it scanned the meadows below before Carrion Crows came and moved it on
