Elton Reservoir 

With reports of big movements of Little Gulls at Pennington Flash on 21/4/2023 with over 60 Little Gulls

at Elton on 19/4/2023 of 28 Little Gulls thought Elton Reservoir would be worth a trip 

On arriving I was soon watching up to 9 Little Gulls could have been more thinking some were coming and going 

nice to see these smart looking Gulls 

Hundreds of Sand Martins with some Swallows mixed in feeding over the reservoir 

A walk up to Capsticks End of the reservoir where there was a very interesting looking Wagtail feeding around the edges of the marshy bits
