A count of 30 nests at Rook Hill yesterday, which is 4 down on last year. I'll check it again next weekend to see if there's an increase

Rookery St Johns/St James Shuttleworth, although this Rookery is just in GMC the Rooks are regularly feeding in Rossendale.

22/ 26 active nests with lots of movement between nests, had a count of 67 adults in recently ploughed field.

Peersclough/ Lumb Baptist has 6 nests, 1 down on last year

Water has 36 nests, 7 up on last year

Weir has no nests, 2 down on last year

Goodshaw, St Marys Church - 6 nests

Crashawbooth 783 Burnley rd - 3 nests, new site.

Crawshawbooth, St Johns church - 37 nests

Acre has 12 nests - 6 down on last year

Farmer's Glory has 18 nests - same as last year

Final counts of occupied rookeries in the Limy valley

Crawshawbooth - St Johns - 37 nests

Goodshaw, St Marys church - 6 nests

Goodshaw, 783 Burnley Rd - 4 nests.

Badgercote and Goodshawfold not occupied.
