Near the old picture frame on Sunday morning I heard a Redstart in Chatterton woods, but could not find, went back yesterday morning and it called several times over a period of 20 minutes but still not seen, I have permission to enter this land but am reluctant for disturbance reasons. I will try again over the next few days.
This area is within 500 yard from where I recorded a pair in August 2023.
