One shelduck into Holden Wood c 1.00. Also teal(1), heron(1), cormorant(3), greater black-backed gull(1). bh gulls only in single figures.

Summer migrants: swallow (5 HWR), sand martin (plenty around Jamestones including one flock of 20 birds), chiffchaff (lots), willow warbler (min 8 singing birds), blackcap (2), wheatear (1), linnet (one group of 10 birds Jamestones plus one or two others here and there).
