Viewed from Cribden Clough at 15:20 - 16:30 hrs

c/40 mostly House Martins w/ odd Swallow feeding over the bottom of the clough then heading out over Rawtenstall. Definate movement.

Flock of 10 Goldfinch in bushes.

2 Buzzard over East side of the valley + 1 perched on a telegraph pole in the clough which remained there until I left.

14 Raven over the sheep fields on the east side of the valley, much flighting and chasing between Chapel Hill and Crown Farm windmills.

Distant flock of c/60 Lapwings over Greenfold area.

1 Stock Dove over.

1 Chiffchaff calling from scrub.

10 House Martin over Reedsholme.
