Mallard, c12,
Goosander, male on A.M.R,
Kestrel, 1 male,
Pheasant, c4 calling away!,
Oystercatcher, pair feeding on farmland,
Lapwing, c12 scattered over farmland,
Curlew, 3 maybe 4 pairs,
Snipe, 1 at Ridshaw and 1 flushed off Harden Moor,
Wood Pigeon, c20,
G.S. Woodpecker, 1 drumming and 1 calling,
Skylark, c20 singing over farmland and Harden Moor,
Swallow, c12,
Meadow Pipit, c20,
Grey Wagtail, 1,
Pied Wagtail, c6,
Song Thrush, c6 many in song,
Mistle Thrush, c4, one in song,
Fieldfare, 1 calling from the top of an ash tree,
Willow Warbler, c25, good numbers seem to be in,
Whitethroat, 1 singing, 1st of the year,
Blue & Great Tit in good numbers,
L.T.Tit, 2 calling,
Jay, 3,
Raven, 3, with a pair on Harden Moor harried by a pair of Curlew,
House Sparrow, c8 at Salesis Farm,
Gold, Green & Chaffinch in good numbers,
Linnet, 10 in small flocks,
Redpoll, 6 chasing around small conifer plantation,
Reed Bunting, c6 with just one singing!
