Is it definitely Redisher? If it was Strongstry I would make my own way down? How do you get to Redisher btw?

Redisher was just a suggestion but I am happy to go to Stongstry - maybe Brian good give us some help!

Ok

Only thing I can't do is too much uphill and downhill as I had a bit of a fall 6 weeks ago. Muddy and stony ground with loose stones to be avoided.
