Bee-eaters, BirdFair and Spurn

Hi All,

Is any one interested in the following trips over the next 2 months?:-

1.  A trip to see the European Bee-eaters which are nesting near Brampton in Cumbria.  They are nesting and probably have chicks so any point over next 2 weeks could be good.  First breeding attempt in the North West of England.

2.  Birdfair in Rutland County from August 21-23  - I have pencilled it in but could be in Dorset this weekend

3.  Spurn trips in September and also October - dates would be dependent on the right conditions for migrants.

Hi Sarfraz

May see you at Birdfair as we will be attending. Are you going Mr Ousey?

Sept we are also staying at Spurn from 3rd -7th. Let's hope for some goodies....the Black Stork from today would be good.

The Bee Eaters have been a real pleasure this year with so many sightings reported.

Bye for now.

Hi

I am still 50 50 with the Birdfair but do want to attend and if I do would be on the Saturday. I may finally consider going to see the Bee-eaters on Thursday.
