A noisy flock of Pink Feet flying high to the north whilst taking dogs out 11.45pm last night. Looks to have perhaps been a movement with todays Whoopers on Clowbridge and Hollingworth Lake and the Barnacle at HWR??

Nice Ad Med Gull coming to bread for Sarfraz this morning so I popped up for a look armed with more bread supplies but in typical fashion it failed to come as close as earlier. Heavy snow over night, 2 degrees this morning, calm and sunny. Large mobile flock of Redwing along the cycle track, possibly 50 plus going north. Two Mistle Thrush at the feeding station, unusual at the station but chopped apples may have something to do with their presence. Regards Brian.

First light 0745, 1 inch of snow on the ground, -7 degrees, calm, Sun coming up. Several kilos of peanuts, sunflower hearts, niger, mixed seed, chopped fruit and fat laced with all of the previous.
